A highly qualified CIPFA accountant and NLP Practitioner, he has designed training materials and manuals for NHS Finance Staff in the areas of Coaching, Coaching Supervision, Coaching
Skills for Managers, NLP Training and Mentoring Excellence. He has used hypnosis and advanced language patterning and has recently qualified as an accredited Coaching Supervisor.

A rich background of more than twenty years in training and people development in both the non-profit and corporate sectors as a professional trainer, facilitator, mentor, coach and Six Sigma Green Belt. Sandy has also worked in a number of different countries within Central Europe and Canada and uses her passion and enthusiasm for life to help others with their interpersonal skills.

Janet Simmonds

A former NHS District Nurse, Clinical Supervisor and practising Supervision Coach for over 10 years, Janet is also a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy. She works with those who deal with particularly challenging groups, conflict situations, personal anxiety and work-related stress in their professional roles. She is pragmatic and gentle using a mixture of approaches in her Supervision.

Steve brings vast experience as a line manager, trainer, teacher, learning faciitator and author, both in the UK and overseas. Having just returned to the UK after living and working in Malaysia since 2008, he has long believed that management theoretical understanding and actual practice needs to be developed simultaneously. He is also an advocate of learner-centred teaching approaches to support competency-based learning. |
