A former Head of Organisational and Workforce Development in the NHS, Józefa has built up a reputation for

effectively combining knowledge management principles with mainstream training and learning practices. 

She has designed and delivered training, produced e-learning programmes, provided Voice-Over recordings for websites

and promotional films and, since 1997, has been a key note speaker at conferences in the UK and across Central and

Eastern Europe and Eurasia.  Józefa is a prolific networker and contributes to many different discussion forums across

the world.

She has also earned outstanding recognition of her work from her peers, resulting in the receipt of the 2009 Global

HR Excellence Award from the World HRD Congress and is now a Judge for the UK's National Training Award.

Her knowledge and skills are diverse, she has qualified as a Cognitive Edge Sensemaking Practitioner, as an ISO 10015+ Guidelines For Training Adviser and as an EFQM Excellence Award Assessor.  She also regularly works as a technical

adviser on learning projects funded by the European Commission.

An Executive Board Member of the European Consortium for the Learning Organisation (ECLO), Belgium, she holds the position of Secretary-General.
