last 17 years as a voluntary counsellor and executive coach.
On the International stage, David is a prolific conference speaker and provider of specialist masterclasses around the World. Considered an expert in his field of cognitive mapping and evaluation, he values highly the importance of reviews and continuous improvement.

David is also an accomplished author with FOUR BOOKS currently in print which are widely used
by business and academia. His extensive range of articles are published in academic journals and
he regularly receives requests for writing commissions.
He is the 2009 winner of the Emerald Literati Network Award for Excellence for his
article "A model for outsourcing HRD" published in the Journal of European Industrial Training.
David is a member of the University Forum for HRD Council and representative on the
editorial board of Human Resource Development International journal.
