As a learning specialist with over 33 years of experience in training, learning and organisational development she has used sensemaking methods such as 'The Future Backwards', 'Story

Construction' and 'Anecdote Circles in much of her work with clients to prepare participants

for learning and examine existing views on team working and changes in attitude.  She is also

winner of the 2009 Global Excellence Award for HR Leadership for the UK.

Józefa provides Sensemaking Support to organisations wishing to undertake environmental scanning using the SenseMaker™ software.  She is able to help you define the signifyers and prompting questions needed to undertake the scanning using a range of CE methods for

narrative capture.   She is also able to help you with the data collection, analysis and further interventions to make quality improvements based upon identified 'weak indicators'.
