ISO 10015+ Auditor Training

the IRCA* 2245 'Guidelines for QMS
Auditor/Lead Auditor Training' AND ISO
19011 'Auditor Guidelines' to underpin its
structure and content.
There are variations though as is
appropriate to the requirements of ISO
10015 and its (+) component.
Participants are expected to have a substantial range of experience in either training, education or quality management in order to attend this course.
This programme may also be used by experienced auditors as a conversion course, enabling them to audit in new contexts, against a different management system standard and thereby add to their existing generic auditing skills and experience
This two-part programme will help you to understand how to apply International quality management standards to training management systems in organisations of all sizes. It allows you to analyse and assess the quality of training management systems and processes, training provision and its impact on the business in terms of meeting identified performance gaps.
* Please note that successful completion of this training will not in itself, satisfy the requirements for IRCA certification to any grade of Quality Management System (QMS) auditor, or IATCA QMS Auditor & Senior Auditor, however, it will support an application. Participants wanting this membership must apply to IRCA independently.

How large is the masterclass?
We strictly limit attendance numbers to six given the nature and content of this intense programme. This means that you get personalised focused attention, support with your learning and ample opportunity for discussion.
Who would most benefit?
Professionals who are involved in quality control, quality assurance or management of a training and learning function or HR Directorate - this might include: chief quality officers, quality assurance managers, HR directors, L&D managers, existing ISO auditors who want to specialise and others who wish to become peripatetic auditors for ISO 10015+
Why is this important?
There has never been a more important time for organisations and training providers, training business and every training function to work towards, and acquire, achievement of an International Standard in order to demonstrate their quality assurance approach and affirmation of their services.
It can provide the USP (unique selling point) for a training business and act as its differentiator in a crowded marketplace. It can enhance the credibility and value of an in-house training function, better securing its organisational position by demonstrating tangible results from training that directly meet organisational performance gap needs.
The programme is designed for those requiring the key skills necessary to either audit training areas within their own organisation and/or to interpret the training management systems standard in the context of a second party supplier or third part certification audit.
What will you learn?
This programme is in two parts: Part one is a three-day taught session with a qualifying exam. Part two is a supervised client-based practicum during which you will undertake all aspects of a full quality managment system audit of training services.
Successful completion of both parts is necessary to become a qualified ISO 10015+ Auditor.
