Masterclass - Self assessment for quality improvement

	This unique masterclass is crammed with practical information about how you can assess the quality of training in organisations and use the analysis to make improvements. Underpinned by the EFQM Excellence Model*, we provide user-friendly software for self-assessment, the starting place to ensuring a sustainable level of excellence in training and learning.

The self-assessment software tool can be used to focus on what a training business or in-house training function does, or could do, to provide excellent services and products to its customers/service users.

Whilst it is non prescriptive and does not involve following a strict set of standards, it does provide a broad and coherent set of assumptions about what is required for good training provision.  This masterclass introduces the online self-assessment tool, its various uses and how it can help organisations start their journey towards excellence in training.

* EFQM (The European Foundation for Quality Management) owns the intellectual property of the Excellence Model. It is a not-for-profit membership foundation based in Brussels and was set up in 1989 by the CEOs of large European businesses.

We are able to run this masterclass in both formats.  Masterclass sizes are kept to a minimum of six persons and a

maximum of ten persons - keeping the content and attention personal and specific to individual needs.

All of our open public courses take place in London, however, as demand grows, we will be extending our reach across the UK and Europe with a wider selection of venues.

Dates and location for open-public masterclasses are agreed with the participants once the minimum number of registrations have been received.
