EFQM Consultant & Assessor - Józefa Fawcett

   As well as being Managing Director    

   (Business & Product Development) at

   OFQT Józefa is also a qualified EFQM

   Assessor for both the European  

   Excellence Award and the UK National

   Quality Award.

A learning specialist with over 35 years of experience in training, learning and organisational development, Józefa is in regular demand as a conference speaker and technical adviser on

Learning Projects funded by the European Commission.  She is the 2009 winner of the Global Excellence Award for HR Leadership for the UK and also a Judge for the National Training Awards (UK).

Józefa provides EFQM Consultancy to organisations wishing to start their journey towards sustainable excellence.  She guides them through the preparatory steps enabling organisations

to apply for Committed or Recognised status.

This can incude self-assessment, gap analysis and how to use RADAR, a rigorous management methodology, which defines the learning cycle inherent to an effective change management

process.

As an EFQM Award Assessor and part of an external team, she will make a planned site visit

to ascertain how well an organisation is progressing along their excellence journey, scoring

them against the EFQM criterion accordingly.

To avoid any conflict of interest: when EFQM allocates her as an Assessor to a company with

which she has had consultancy dealings, she will declare her involvement and disqualify herself

from participating in any assessment visits or assessment teams.
