We tailor the services we offer exactly to your needs and budget. Broadly though we provide 3 main options as follows:

• 3 Star service – telephone and email / IM / VOIP helpline / PAYG*
• 4 Star service – as 3 Star plus on site assistance / PAYG*
• 5 Star service – regular attendance to your premises e.g. one or two days a week/month as you require acting as your in-house Training Manager

How much does it cost?

Costs will depend on the precise details relating to the service required**  but as a guide, initial start-up fees begin at £500 (approx 600 euros).

'Monthly retainer' fees start at £150 (approx 200 euros) per month** + £40 (approx 50 euros) registration fee and are for a minimum three-month contract.

Additional bespoke policies and procedures can be purchased as required from only £50 (approx 75 euros) and addtional on-site Training support can be provided at discounted rates.
